There are two types of distraction: positive and negative distraction. Positive distraction is a valuable method to recharge your mind and emotion, negative distractions, on the other hand, are anything that drive your attention off what you need to focus on. However, many people incorrectly classified this kind as positive distraction as they may fool themselves that they are in control of the situation, which include both internal and external distraction factors.
